Message	$60 hour is very low for most respectable shops these days. If you can find one that'll do it for that little per hour, more power to you. Good luck though. Sorry to hear of the news. I'd buy a clip, have it "Ready" to put in (new oil pump, rubber lines, t belt service, etc..) and just drive the car until it no longer has compression.
